Fishing
To the North of Angus lies the royal burgh of Brechin as decreed in 1641.
Three miles South sits Parker’s Retreat thus the accommodation is ideally situated for fishing the Rivers North and South Esk, West water, Loch Lee and a variety of beach fishing on the coast.
Excellent Migratory salmon and sea trout fishing can be found on both the rivers North and South Esk the season starts the 16th of February until the 31st of October.
Angler’s Bothy is a mere 5- 10 minutes drive to the lower beats of the South Esk:

- Kinnaird upper
